Andrew La Rosa

With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Development and Construction, Andrew La Rosa, President of La Rosa Development Corp. has continued to successfully develop some of Florida’s thriving commercial and breathtaking residential properties. Currently developing three of Central Florida’s major projects Andrew has brought together his two sons, Joseph La Rosa and Michael La Rosa as part of his development team.

In 1977 Andrew founded U.S. Construction Corp. in South Florida and was the sole owner for 20 years until he sold the company in 1997. During those 20 years, U.S. Construction Corp. was a leading South Florida construction company, recognized for it’s high quality workmanship, cost effectiveness, and integrity. With over 2,000 satisfied clients, U.S. Construction’s specialty ranged from commercial projects to home building.

In the early 90’s Andrew began developing real estate in Miami, Florida. One of his first projects was a tremendous success, a retail strip center that was developed and sold as retail condos. Andrew went on to develop and build various Class “A” office buildings throughout South Florida, as well as restaurants, additional retail centers, medical offices, and some of Miami’s prestigious estate homes. One of his last projects in South Florida was a 70,000 square foot school he developed in the city of Weston, just north of Miami-Dade County.

Andrew relocated to Celebration, Florida and started planning his next project. That project eventually became Paradise Palms Resort a resort community with 662 spacious, elegant town homes that have custom floor plans and private pools designed specifically to accommodate the vacationer and their family. With an innovative state-of-the-art infrastructure, Paradise Palms is offers a Resort Vacation Experience previously unavailable to a vacation home traveler.

Two of Andrew’s other projects that are currently under construction and development are the Celebration Office Condos and the Magnolia Building. The Celebration Office Condos is a 50,000 square foot Class “A” office building that was designed and built so that today’s small business owner can own their own office space rather than lease. This project is scheduled for completion for November of 2007 and is currently 90% sold out.

The Magnolia Building will be a 77,000 square foot Class “A” office building and was designed by Architect Geoffrey Mouen of Celebration. The building’s design was modeled after the 1920’s New York Art Deco period. The Magnolia Building is currently awaiting ground breaking in 2008 and will be completed in 2009. 

Andrew and his team at La Rosa Development Corp. are currently involved in discussions with several of today’s successful companies to develop build-to-suit commercial projects. In addition, Andrew continues to plan and develop future projects for La Rosa Development Corp. throughout the State of Florida.

Joseph La Rosa

Joseph La Rosa began his career in the Real Estate and Development industry in 2001 after obtaining his Florida Real Estate License. Although Joseph enjoyed early success as a Realtor, he realized that selling Real Estate was just a small part of his overall goal. Pressing towards his goal, Joseph obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2004 and immediately created La Rosa Realty, LLC with his brother, Michael La Rosa. La Rosa Realty, LLC was an immediate success and after just 10 months in operation Joseph grew La Rosa Realty to one of the largest Real Estate Companies in Central Florida with over 60 licensed Realtors on staff. 

During this time Joseph began to develop and build duplexes throughout the city of Kissimmee, Florida. Additionally with his overall goal in mind, Joseph teamed up with his Father, Andrew La Rosa, and created La Rosa Development Corp. Their first project together became Paradise Palms Resort a resort community with 662 spacious, elegant town homes that have custom floor plans and private pools designed specifically to accommodate the vacationer and their family. With an innovative state-of-the-art infrastructure, Paradise Palms offers a Resort Vacation Experience previously unavailable to a vacation home traveler.

Now a principal of La Rosa Development, Joseph successfully leads a team that has designed and developed two projects that are currently under construction on Celebration Boulevard in Celebration, FL. The Celebration Office Condos and The Magnolia Building. 

Mike La Rosa

Born and raised in Miami Florida, Michael is proud to say he’s a Florida native. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Michael soon began to plant his roots in the Central Florida area. Michael’s real estate career began in college, first by partnering with brother Joe La Rosa to sell residential real estate. Although this was an exciting introduction into Florida’s real estate market, Michael was anxious to take on more of the industry, so he and his brother Joe began planning a new company. Within months of their decision to expand, Michael and Joe had successfully opened and began managing their own real estate company, La Rosa Realty, LLC.

While managing the operations of La Rosa Realty, Michael began developing multi-family real estate in the City of Kissimmee. Now with aspirations of building larger scale projects both Michael and Joseph decided to partner with their Father, Andrew La Rosa to create La Rosa Development Corp. One of their first projects as La Rosa Development Corp. was Paradise Palms Resort. Geared primarily toward vacationers, Paradise Palms is an individually owned full functioning resort and community located in West Osceola County, Florida.

Currently, La Rosa Development is constructing and designing multiple buildings in Celebration, Florida. Under construction and expected to be completed in November of 2007 is the Celebration Office Condos. Another project in design is the Magnolia building of Celebration. Both buildings will be the newest addition to the Celebration Boulevard commercial district in over six years.
